I bring over 20 years of experience in analytics and marketing. I’ve built brands for VTB24, Alfa-Bank, MTS, Mazda, Danissimo, Epica, and Sokolov — using a methodology mastered by only a handful of practitioners in Russia.
At Sber, I oversaw a marketing budget of 4 billion rubles and held together a structure of 30–40 advertising and marketing campaigns running at once, while managing relationships with around 250 stakeholders.
My years inside an international company gave me precision, clarity, and the ability to spot mistakes before they happen. Working with Japanese, Korean, and, to a lesser extent, Chinese companies instilled in me a particular kind of structural rigour.
I go deeper — into the business architecture and the owner's personality. Because the system can’t be efficient when the person who built it is working against their own nature.
Now I see both the landscape from above and the subtle details that others tend to overlook.
Behind it are twenty years of hands-on practice, deep analytics, work with the unconscious mind, a trained eye, and sharp critical thinking.

I don’t “service” a business — I become its external architectural backbone. That’s only possible when there’s mutual respect and a shared drive for results.
External perimeter
I don’t step inside the company as an employee. That way, I keep the helicopter view, the focus, and the architectural clarity a business needs to grow.
Resilience as the goal
The system has to be as resilient as possible — not dependent on any single factor. Only then can it stand firm, whatever the climate.
Just enough
I bring only what’s genuinely needed for growth right now, in the current circumstances. The principle of "just enough" saves resources and delivers the strongest possible return.
Transparency
No hidden agendas, no manipulation. If something could go wrong, you’ll hear it from me first — along with clear options for steering around it.
A holistic view of the business and the owner
I see the business as one interconnected system: economic forces, market, strategy, product, team, the owner’s personality, and what really drives them. I don’t separate “the business” from “the person” — one doesn’t function without the other. I uncover what’s really holding growth back: hidden conflicts, non-obvious barriers, blind spots.
An architectural solution map
I won’t leave you alone with the question, “What should I do?” Instead, I’ll lay out concrete options, drawing on experience gained across dozens of industries. I find opportunities the business might overlook — in adjacent niches, emerging trends, unexpected audience touchpoints, messaging angles, and more.

    after the diagnostic phase
    If we come out of the diagnostic sharing the same vision of the business architecture — and a genuine mutual interest in working together — we agree to partner. I don’t get involved in the day-to-day. I look at the business, the products, and the processes as an Architect.
